Fried with asparagus

Ingredients

180 g Mondarella

500 g Asparagus

200 g Cherry tomatoes

3 tablespoons Olive oil

1 bunch Tarragon

Parmesan

Pepper, salt

Fried with asparagus

Steps

Cut the Mondarella into slices, shape as desired and fry in the pan on both sides until golden brown. Keep warm.

Add a little olive oil to the pan and fry the asparagus and halved cherry tomatoes on medium heat for 5–8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with a little grated parmesan and tarragon. 
Arrange asparagus and cherry tomatoes and garnish with fried Mondarella. Drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar according to taste and enjoy!
