Buns with rocket
1 Jar of dried tomatoes
1 Garlic cloves
Cut the bread into slices, brush with a little olive oil and spread a little of the garlic on each slice.
Cut the Mondarella into thin slices. For each slice of bread, pluck a basil leaf from the bunch of basil.
Spread the dried tomatoes on the bread, then top with a basil leaf and two slices of Mondarella. Place the bread on the grill until it is crispy.
