Bruschetta

Ingredients

1 Mondarella

5 Beef tomatoes

2 Garlic cloves

5 tablespoons Olive oil

1 Ciabatta

1 teaspoon Tomato seasoning salt

Steps

Finely dice the tomatoes. Then chop the Mondarella into cubes and finely dice the garlic.

Add both ingredients to the diced tomatoes and mix with 3 tablespoons of oil and 1–2 teaspoons of tomato seasoning salt. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 180–200°C (convection). Then cut the ciabatta into slices and sprinkle with the rest of the oil. Bake in the oven for 5–8 minutes. Spread the tomato mixture on the ciabatta slices.
